RETURNS POLICY
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT BECAUSE OF A CHANGE IN MIND, VAL&STONE WILL GLADLY DO SO FOR YOU, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:
You must notify VAL&STONE within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 14 business days (international returns) of accepting delivery of the Product. items should be returned unworn and in original packaging.
You must notify VAL&STONE via email at info@valandstone.com to obtain a “Return ID number.
Proof of purchase is required, being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from VAL&STONE. Product must be returned to VAL&STONE head office.
On International returns you must mark that the goods are returned on the courier company’s consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging.
You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
For all international returns (outside of Australia and the US) you are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
Upon receipt of the Product, VAL&STONE, will refund to you the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by VAL&STONE, however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
Refunds will only be given to Products purchased at the VAL&STONE Online Boutique. Refunds will not be given for VAL&STONE stock purchased from VAL&STONE stockists.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, VAL&STONE WILL GLADLY REPAIR, EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE ORIGINAL PIECE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:
That the product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.
You must notify VAL&STONE by email at info@valandstone.com to obtain a “Return ID number.

Please return the Product to VAL&STONE head office.

VAL&STONE will then refund the Price to you in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by VAL&STONE, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available
